Pressure visualization and therapeutic surfaces solve two halves of the same problem. Wellsense VŪ makes interface pressure visible at the bedside, so offloading is confirmed rather than assumed. When the map stays red despite repositioning, or the patient can't be turned, that's an objective trigger to escalate to the right Joerns surface: engineered foam, dynamic air, or Dolphin FIS immersion.
